Teeth whitening home remidess How to whiten teeth

1 Keep your teeth clean always.

Nothing better to keep our teeth from becoming yellow to keep them clean. Maintain proper oral hygiene: brush your teeth three times a day, after meals. Mouthwash is also very useful to keep our teeth clean.

2 Limit consumption of certain foods and products.
Reduce consumption of foods and products that stain our teeth snuff, tea, cola, wine, coffee, etc. Ideally, after taking each of these products we cepilláramos we enjugáramos teeth or mouth with mouthwash.

3 bicarbonate and water.

The only effective home remedy teeth whitening involves mixing baking soda and water into a paste and rub our teeth with it. However, this remedy is not always effective. Keep in mind that the teeth have three layers: the outer, also known as enamel; average, also called dentin; and internal. Bicarbonate and water using only be effective to clean the enamel, that is, the inside of the tooth.
4 Visit your dentist.
When tooth stain has penetrated the outer face thereof and has reached the dentin, we will have no choice but to go to the dentist. Dentin is crossed by a tiny tubes that are actually stained and give that yellowish video. Clean these tubes on our own is impossible. The dentist will probably give us a treatment based gel carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide. Part of this treatment is done in the dental office and one at home. Always follow the instructions of your dentist.
5 whitening pastes.
The whitening toothpastes, as occurs with baking, are only effective to clean the outside of the tooth. However, they are effective in maintaining clean the tubes of dentin after undergoing a whitening treatment at the dentist.

  1. Going to a dentist for a whitening product seems like a good way to whiten my teeth. It seems like they would have top notch materials that I can use for a home treatment. That would make whitening my teeth really convenient so that I can do it at home whenever my schedule allows it. Thanks for the tips!
