Sodium bicarbonate occurs naturally in all living beings. Its purpose is to help balance pH levels to promote and sustain life. Sodium bicarbonate can be extracted from a type known as trona ore or manufactured by passing a mixture of ammonia and carbon dioxide through a concentrated sodium chloride version, also known as table salt. Baking soda helps to easily remove dirt and stains from teeth without causing damage, and also serves as a natural breath freshener.

Two oxygen atoms and two hydrogen atoms are known as liquid hydrogen peroxide. The molecule is readily decomposed upon contact with other surfaces. For example, when hydrogen peroxide on a cut is poured starts bubbling. Bubbles are caused by the element hydrogen peroxide oxygen. The liquid is commonly used in teeth whitening kits and solutions for teeth whitening.

Place 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a shallow bowl and hydrogen peroxide on the powder and stir into a paste. Use only enough peroxide to form a thin paste mixture. By mixing these two ingredients one foaming occurs naturally because they react chemically. Dip the toothbrush into the mixture of pulp and cepillase teeth as usual.

It is better to avoid swallowing hydrogen peroxide, this natural mix is not the best option for young children. The solution can be used daily to get teeth whitening.

After one or two weeks of using the paste created, should be reduced to once every few days to whiten teeth and keep them shiny.
